Rooms must be reserved sending the attached reservation form to the Reservations Department before 5th September, 2010.

After this date, your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation requests will be reserved according to hotel availability at that moment. Reservations can only be guaranteed for the specific period described in the application form together with the necessary credit card details. Reservation changes must be requested by writing to the Reservations Department and will be confirmed according to hotel availability.

HOTEL RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hotel reservations only can be guaranteed for the specific period described in the application form, which must be completed with all credit card details and must be signed and sent by fax to (56 2) 2742789. Any changes in the time of arrival or departure, kind of room, or cancellation must be requested by writing to the Congress Secretariat.

For Gala Hotel, cancellations can be done at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a penalty. If you do not check in on the indicated day the Hotel will penalize with the value of the complete reservation.

Generalities: Your hotel reservation includes American breakfast served in the Hotel Restaurant. Check-in is after 15:00 hrs. and Check-out is before 12:00 hrs.

For Best Western Marina del Rey Hotel, cancellations (valid for guaranteed reservations with credit card) can be made until 48 hours before the arrival day. If you cancel your reservation before that, the Hotel will penalize with the equivalent to one night of accommodation. If you make your reservation from 30th September and you arrive on 2nd October, your reservation will not be valid and the Hotel will penalize you with the equivalent of one night of your reservation.
Generalities: Your reservation includes a buffet breakfast served in the Hotel Restaurant. Check-in is after 14:00 hrs. and Check-out is before 15:00 hrs.

For San Martin Hotel, cancellations make with 4 days in advance to your arrival will not be penalized. If you cancel your reservation after that, the Hotel penalize you with the equivalent to 75% of the reservation. For No-Show the Hotel penalize you with the equivalent to the complete reservation.
Generalities: Your reservation in San Martin Hotel include american buffet breakfast served in the “Don Joaquín” Hotel Restaurant. Check in is at 15:00 hrs., and Check out is at 12:00 hrs.

For Ankara Hotel, cancellations make with 15 day in advance to the arrival will not be penalized. If you cancel your reservation after that, the Hotel will penalize you with the equivalent to the complete reservation. For No-Shows the Hotel will penalize you with the equivalent to one night of the reservation.
Generalities: Your reservation in Ankara Hotel included buffet breakfast served in the Hotel restaurant or continental breakfast served in your room. Check in is at 14:00 hrs., and Check out is at 12:00 hrs. Any use of the room out of the departure schedule, between 12:00 and 18:00 hrs., will have an addicional charge of 50% of the rate, before 18:00 hrs., the charge will be 100% of the rate.

For Hotel del Mar, we leave specifically stablish that the Client will not decrease the number of minimum services guaranteed through this instrument without, consecutively, verification of fine against you for parcial cancellation of the services refer. Consequently, they stablish that the fine will be 50% of the decrease services, in the case of the decrease be with 60 days in advance to the event date; and 100% of the same value if the cancellation 60 days in advance to the date of the contract event.
Generalities: Your reservation in Hotel del Mar includes buffet breakfast, activities plan in the Spa, use of Natura Vitale Wellness, Sauna, Steam Bath, Hidromassage, Gym and Heated Swimming Pool.

For Sheraton Miramar Hotel, cancellations make by writing before 01st September will no have any penalties, cancellations make between 02nd and 30 day in advance to the event day will have 100% of the reservation as hardship.
Generalities: Your reservation in included buffet breakfast served in the Hotel Restaurant. Check in is at 15:00 hrs., and Check out is at 12:00 hrs.

All the penalties will be charged to the credit card given as guaranteed through the Congress Reservation Form.

Tax
The rates for room do not include tax. The current law allow to all foreing guest that pays their counts in dollars, with cash, travel check or credit card without 19% VAT.

Chilean guest must pay VAT.
